Golden Oat Pancakes.

My one recommendation, having worked with oats in many recipes because they are so tasty, is to take those oats and blur them up in a blender to make a coarse oat flour. It just does something good....

I'll have to try that. But I like the mouth feel of these, with the oats having soaked up the milk for a few minutes. They weren't quite as easy as my usual buttermilk bisquick pancakes, but probably healthier.
